Shipping & Return Policy
Shipments will only be mailed out from Monday -Thursday. Each package is insured. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Contact the mail carrier about filing an insurance claim if necessary. We will not offer refunds for lost or damaged packages. We will make every effort to package your items to the best of our ability to assist you in the reduction of damage during shipping. However, once the package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over the handling of the package.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns and refunds are based on a case by case basis.
